Yes, you can do BCA from TMU, MBD. It has good placements. The highest package of Bachelor degree goes above 5-6 Lacs PA.

If you want to get in Project Management, and become a project manager, then PMP certification is very good. But, if you want to do equity research or something which is not inclined to project management, then there is no use of doing it. So, it is good if your aspirations are inclined towards project management. All the best.

Hi,
There is no separate entrance exam for TNEA. TNEA stands for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions. It is a single window counselling in which you could get a college based on your aggregate marks in PCM (out of 200) of your 12th board exam.
You will be called based on your rank which would be given based on your counterparts.

BBA provides strong foundation in core business disciplines, if you pursue it with the right university, then definitely you will get placed into good companies.
Also, BBA can be done in different specialization, so the type of job depends on the type of specialization you're doing BBA in.
But if we speak of generic BBA, then you may get placed in the following sectors-
