The evaluation of a good visual communication design is mainly based on measuring comprehension by the audience, not on personal aesthetic and/or artistic preference as there are no universally agreed-upon principles of beauty and ugliness. Excluding two dimensional images, there are other ways to express information visually - gestures and body language, animation (digital or analogue), and film. All the good and top ranked universities in the USA, requires minimum work experience of at least 2-3 years in managerial or assistant managerial level. However there are some universities which do not requires work experience.
It is always advisable to have good academic background throughout, work experience, and good TOEFL (95 Plus) and GMAT (Minimum 650) score, if you are aspiring to study MBA in Top USA universities.

In order to pursue MBA from good university in USA you need to full fill below mentioned criteria:
1.Minimum work experience of 2-3 years at supervisory/assistant managerial/managerial level.
2.Good academic background throughout preferably 60%.
3.TOEFL score of 80-90 plus. or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
4.GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
There are even many universities in US which do not requires work experience, like National university,City university Seattle, university of Bridgeport.
But its always advisable to work for some years after graduation and then apply to good B-schools.
The universities in US has two admission intake i.e.Fall (August/September intake) and Spring (January/February intake).

In order to pursue PHD from US universities, first all you need to make a list of the universities that you aspire for then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows :( though it may vary from university to university)
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D. while others admit graduates too.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as GRE and English Language examinations like TOEFL, preferably 1200-1400 plus in GRE and 80-90 plus in TOEFL.
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications.
The annual expenses of most Ph.D. students are about $28,000-$40,000 per year.
