Hi Meena,
In order to pursue PHD from US universities, first all you need to make a list of the universities that you aspire for then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
All the good and top ranked universities in USA offers PHD.

first of all your interest in hr marketing or finance
second your background
third availability of course to your location

You dont leave any option for suggestion but even than if you like i have a suggestion, you may use discussion study method in which you have to provide study topics and a little bit study material one day before and next day you should make groups and monitor them discussing on topics and if needed correcting them. this will force students to take active part in study.
