As your education background is Finance, I would suggest considering a few Finance course. I think you can pursue B.Tech from reputed colleges in India and then you shall go for Masters course in Germany. If you pursue B.Tech from NIT or IIIT with high CGPA like 9.5 then it would be beneficial to get placed in MNC companies.

Entry level salary is more or less the same for almost all B.Sc. courses unless you graduate from one of the IITs or top NITs.
