It will depend from university to university, if your degree is UGC approved it shouldn't be an issue. Please contact the universities directly before applying, an additional evaluation may be required, they will tell you what needs to be done.

B.Ed admission is possible for the aspirants if the students ensure that they fulfill the B.Ed eligibility criteria. B.Ed course eligibility includes a minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the postgraduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges for the B.Ed curriculum. Some universities and colleges conduct entrance examinations for the selection of candidates. Most of the examinations are conducted in June or May. There is no B.Ed age limit for admission.

The eligibility for B.Sc is as follows:
10+2 class passed with science (PCB) & English Core/English elective with an aggregate of 45% from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent board.
Students appearing in 10+2 examination in science stream conducted by National Institute of Open Schooling with 45%.
