Hello,
No, you cannot apply for IIT JAM Exam. Only students with graduation degree and who are in their final year of their graduation can apply for the exam. Click here http://bit.ly/2HxUej2 to check the complete eligibility criteria of IIT JAM Exam. When you will be in your final year of graduation then you can apply for the exam. But you must submit all your documents on or before the date specified by the IIT.
