Here is the list of top colleges in Gujarat for mechanical engineering :
1) Nirma Institute, Ahmedabad
2) DDIT, Nadiad
3) Birla vVshwakarma Vidhyalaya, VV Nagar
4) Vishwakarma Engineering College, Chandkheda
5) PDPULD engineering college, Ahmedabad
These are the good colleges as per my view. Gujarat also has IIT(Gandhinagar) and NIT(SVNIT, Surat), but to get admission there you need to score good in JEE-Mains and JEE-Advanced.
Apart from these colleges, you can refer Shiksha website link to find more details about the colleges along with fee structure and reviews.
