Hi,
You can do MBA but you have choose a better college for MBA, and you can do CFA, CMA also.
Some other certified courses comprise cost accounting, corporate accounting, taxation, etc. In my point of view, you should do MBA in finance or you can join taxation course.

Can I know about the stream in which you are pursuing the graduation? As far as your academic scores are concerned with 65% you will be able to get admission in the good colleges in the countries you have mentioned. For Australia and Canada, you need to score 6.5 band in IELTS (6 band in all sections), for the USA, you need to take TOFEL and score good marks in it. You also need to appear for GRE or GMAT exam depending on the field of interest.
