With BE background, you are eligible for 3 types of courses in Canada.
1) Masters (1-2 years program)
2) PG Diploma (1 year program)
3) Certification courses (6 months-1 year)
Few Canadian Universities offer 1 year Masters program. You will get 1 year post study work permit after completing 1 year Masters program. If you pursue 2 years Masters program then you would be given 3 years of work permit.
PG Diploma is one more option. But it is preferred by students whose aggregate is below 65% or 6 CGPA in Bachelors. It is usually a 1 year program and you would be permitted to work for a year after completion of your course. You can

BBA and B.Com are both good qualifications for seeking admission in MBA. If you are targeting finance & accounting career then B.Com is better option in comparison to BBA. Firstly, you need to complete your graduation with a minimum of 60% marks (though eligibility criteria is 50% for some colleges). Then along with your graduation you need to start preparing for CAT. You can join a coaching for that or dedicated self-study will also do.
