Hi Amit,
As you are interested in Acting i would like to say that acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.
But as you are keen to take to admission in NSD, I am Afraid that the eligibility is graduate from a recognised university along with max.10 yrs experience in stage production and the age should not exceed 30yrs. Failing in any parameters would result in cancellation of candidature.
So in order to get admission in NSD, I would suggest you to join a good theater group so that you gain the relevant experience and become eligible for admission into NSD.
Few good theater groups are
Swantantra Theater
Asmita etc.
Or the best for you will be to initially join your college theatre group and then go for a professional theatre so that you get to know your capabilities in theatre.

To join RAW there is no set procedure to make an entry as it some time recruit officers from IAS, IPS etc for a certain tenure. But if you are keen to join RAW directly, for this either you would require to write an qualify its own conducted entrance or you can top the IAS and then can apply for RAW (but you would still have to write the test for qualifying to RAW).
Any how to be able to write the exam to qualify these services, the minimum eligibility required would be a graduate degree from a recognized University. Hence. would suggest you to concentrate on your final year and at the same time start preparing for your future.

We can not draw a comparison between ATMA, SNAP and XAT as all the three Examinations are used by Management Institutes and it is totally on the discretions of the Institute that which Entrance they use to select the students and moreover there is no concrete list to give us the numbers of Institutes accepting XAT, SNAP or ATMA. However, SNAP is majorly for Symbiosis Institutes & XAT for Xaviers but that doesnt stop other Institutes from using these Exams as a part of there selection procedure.
As far as the difficulty level is concerned after CAT the most difficult Entrance is XAT then SNAP and then comes ATMA.
