There is no provision for direct entry of International students in IITs. The Joint Admission Board (JAB) of IITs have recently decided that students from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Singapore, the UAE and Ethiopia will be allowed to directly appear for the JEE (advanced) test, skipping the JEE (main) that Indian students have to take to become eligible for appearing in JEE(advanced) for seeking admission in IITs.

Hi. However, if your entire profile is strong, you can still be evaluated despite backlogs. It will be difficult to apply to a non-SPP category because most institutions want at least a 60% average; you can still write to the universities to confirm. Strong reference letters from your professors and a well-written statement of purpose will both influence the review of your application. Check the requirements before carefully shortlisting your colleges.

Water hardness is often not expressed as a molar concentration, but rather in various units, such as degrees of general hardness (dGH), German degrees (dH), parts per million (ppm, mg/L, or American degrees), grains per gallon (gpg), English degrees (e, e, or Clark), or French degrees (fH, f or F; lowercase f is used to prevent confusion with degrees Fahrenheit).

Reasons may be plenty and you cannot narrow down on a single factor.
Intent of immigration
Incomplete documentation
Insufficient funds
Poor communication skills
No clarity over career plans
are some of the major reasons.

If you are well determined, then it is not tough to crack the cut off score. You can go through some of the previous years' questions and yes, any course in national institute of fashion technology is worth doing (only if you have interest in it).

Hi Nikhil,
I would suggest you to start your preparation from the 2nd year, but you should write it in either 3rd or 4th year because GATE and other exams cover the course of mainly 2nd and 3rd year.
If you are applying for fall, you should take latest by July or even before that, so that after writing it once you can think about a second chance, if not happy with your score, otherwise you start building up your SOP and search for the right place to go.
All the best.

It depends whether you want to take a drop or not, and target one of the top IIMs/non-IIMs. JBIMS - Mumbai is the best college through MHT-CET, which is among the top 10 B-schools in India.
