First of all, understand that no one can reliably tell you the exact minimum CAT percentile that you need to get an interview call from IIM Bangalore. The shortlisting criteria keeps on changing every year. Broadly speaking, some weights are assigned to each of class 10th, 12th, graduation score, and work experience (both in terms of number of years and relevance). Hi Arunav,
You must first complete your Bachelor's so for that take the SAT or ACT and also the TOEFL, apply to universities henceforth. On completion of your Bachelor's degree you can apply for MS /PhD programs, majority of the universities will require the GRE.

This is upon you, how much amount you have to spend on MBA. There are colleges like IIM, which require INR 24 lakh and some low grade colleges which only require INR 4 lakh.

The minimum eligibility criteria is that the candidate should have passed 12th from a recognised board.
Since, you have failed in mathematics you will not be eligible for admission even if you crack NCHMCT.

It can be possible if you meet the university specific admission requirements. Note that you have to apply for a student permit again and doing so from UK won't be easy. Talk with university representatives and agents firstly, they will guide you as per the university guidelines.
