Spain: They have not just a lot history in architecture, but their contemporary architects are very good. Their offices and schools are very technical, very focused in the building process. I would recommend it if you want to learn about building.
England: They have some of the top schools, probably more than any other country. The Architectural Association is probably the school the the most renowned graduates (from Rem Koolhaas to Richard Rogers). Very futuristic. The Bartlett School of Design is also a very progressive school.

Hello Issac,
Duration of engineering course is minimum of four years as mandated by AICTE. Definitely no genuine college can offer you BE in just one year. Only concession is admission to direct second year for diploma holders.
So please check authenticity of the institute that you are talking about.

Hello Indira,
It's really nice and heartening to know that you are desirous of continuing your studies which you left for some reason. It's great indeed.I would advise you to begin by writing to the Principal of your college, giving him information about your intentions. Also attach marklist of the last semester that you must have passed. Also tell him from which academic yesterday you want to restart. College will tell you the procedure. Just don't worry.
