Yes, you are eligible to get a seat in TSM as you have secured 76% MAT and 1-year work experience.
Cut-off scores for MBA in MAT are 60 (Male candidates) and 55 (Female candidates).
I don't know the availability of MBA seats, but the college generally offers PGDM seats compared to MBA.
PGDM programme is better than MBA programme. But the fee is a bit extra, it comes around 6.25 Lakhs whereas MBA is offered for 5.85 Lakhs. Visit our college website to know more about PGDM program.

Dear Bijaya,
Graduation marks don't matter in the placement of MBA. Few companies come with their eligibility criteria but almost companies bother about MBA marks and they mainly give their focus on interview. It depends upon you how smartly you are able to give the answers. You should know the implementation of theories practically. The panel checks the level of confidence, communication skills, clarity of thought and concepts and way of presenting the answers.

Your question is not clear to understand, still I am trying to reply about your query. I assume that your M.Sc session was over in 2016 but you got your result in 2017. After your M.Sc session, you took admission in B.Ed and it will end in 2018. If my assumption is correct then both of your degrees are valid. Otherwise, before completion of your M.Sc, you can not take admission in another course. Then your second course will be invalid.

To become a member of bar council of India, you need to clear National Bar exam or the bar exam for respective state you want to become member of. However, only LLB degree holders are eligible for sitting in bar exams. Unfortunately you cannot do LLB from open university as there is no provision for it. LLB is a full time course and can be done only from an accredited university recognised by University Grants Commission. You can do Diploma courses in law but you would still not be eligible for the bar exam.
