2) GMAT: 700+ score is a must.
3) TOEFL: 100+ score is a must.

There are many entrances which are conducted for getting admissions in M.tech course and without qualifying the same it would not be possible to get a college.
You can apply for the entrances like GATE which is to take place on 13th Feb 2011 or the other related entrances that shall follow the league then.
But then there is very little time left for you to prepare for the same because in most of the cases the application deadline would be closed or narrow. So start gearing for the same.

Its quite difficult to suggest anything without knowing your area of interest but then assuming you are looking for growth in the BPO sector, I would suggest you to opt for MBA as this will enhance your knowledge and bring in better job growth. SAP is a good option only if you require it and have some information/ experience about working on it, however, there are no such stringent criteria that one requires to undertake and you can opt for the same on the basis of your interest and also the module that you plan to take up in it.
