The three streams mentioned by you are entirely different from one another and giving the exact information related to the syllabus without knowing the University/ Institute from where you plan to pursue the particular course is least of any possibility.

If you are looking forward to pursue a career in the IT field then you can opt for MBA in IT or some other technical course like MCA provided you had maths in +2. Other than these two, depending on the given options by you, I think you should opt for the course in which you are inclined to pursue a career i.e. having interest and want to make a future in the same.
