If you are looking forward to pursue a career in the IT field then you can opt for MBA in IT or some other technical course like MCA provided you had maths in +2. Other than these two, depending on the given options by you, I think you should opt for the course in which you are inclined to pursue a career i.e. having interest and want to make a future in the same.

UPSC conducts several entrances for the various govt. sector services and for which the notification and the forms will differ and so would there deadlines. Yet you can look for all types of forms from GPOs and Post offices around the Country once the notifications are released for the same (Mid of February 2011 will commence with the forms).

If you are planning to become investment banker, better option would be that you go for CFA as it is a program specifically for people who want to pursue a career in Investment Banking. SAP can also be a good option if you are looking for a technology driven program.
