Hi Navaneetham,
There are very few known institutes that will provide you such specific courses on communication, broadcasting etc. and if there are any it will be very difficult to find institutes that provide such courses in Pune so i would request you broader your area of search and look beyond Pune as well. But keeping in mind about your requirements i would suggest you to go through the website of School of Broadcasting & Communication, Mumbai http://www.sbc.ac.in/
As it provides courses in which you are interested.
There are few other institutes that might interest you, you may refer to the below link for the list of institutes.

Hi Anju,
Firstly as per the given information by you, you are pursuing B.A degree and wanting to go for the M.Sc but the two are entirely different career courses. M.Sc derives from the Science background and to pursue this, most of the institutes require the applicant to have pursued B.Sc at the graduate level.
You may check the following link consisting of the institute list offering Masters in Psychology and also the link consisting of institutes offering Child Psychology:

Hi Anju,
It is not possible to give the exact syllabus for the particular course as the same tends to get updated and mostly this is viewed after the admission has been taken successfully.
Yet if you are keen to know about the syllabus, I would suggest you to contact the University directly and inquire about the same. Also you can look for the other Universities/ Institutes offering this course. To know about the same you may refer to the following link:
