Hello,
Reserved category like SC/ST/OBC, then you can seek for the freeships' and scholarships' which are specially crafted by the respective commissions, to allow the deprived category candidates in pursuing CPL training. The complete training cost is borne by the community commission which is given by the respective state/central government. For those who have AIRWING "C" Certificate, government provides free flying training of 50hours. Otherwise, bank loan is always an option but this is the most expensive way to pursue CPL as the interest rates are very high and not many banks provide such loans. All the best.

That is a very good and interesting question which you have asked. For getting expertise in any subject, one needs to do hard work, hard work & hard work. There is no escaping this. As they say gold becomes purer only after going through the fire. Throw yourself completely in the work. Once you wholeheartedly embrace your work, nobody can stop you from becoming an expert. Best wishes to you.

You will need to check the information with the college where you wish to apply for. Changing college with the same course shouldn't be a problem as far as colleges within the same university are concerned. But, I am not very sure about course change from one country to another. So, would suggest you to get in touch with the university where you wish to admission in.

In taking M.Sc physics you should have studied physics for 3 full years in graduation then you can seek admission in M.Sc physics. Chemistry is not a necessary subject it is counted as an ancillary subject in B.Sc. So don't worry you will get M.Sc physics if you have B.Sc physics degree you can apply.
All the best.
