With this IELTS score, no it is not possible. You would be required to retake the IELTS and target a score above 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section. Unless and until you retake the IELTS, there is no chance for you to get a visa.
Also, if your bachelors degree was a 4 year degree, only then it is possible for you to study in Canada unless you are applying for a diploma course. Diploma courses accept 3 year degrees, but degree courses require 4 year undergraduation degrees.

Since you have asked for Paris, its good for Fashion related courses, or even tourism. You can try your hand at this as well.

B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology - its an engineering degree - 4 year course, There are several streams in B.Tech and Computer Science is one of them. You can choose any stream according to your choice and interests. Its a 4 year course, The course is more over related to System Programming and System Designs etc
