Hi Sanjay, the job market for such courses in Germany is good. You can even move to other western world countries and proceed with a job. In Germany the education is offered at a subsidized rate so you won't have to take much loan. The tuition fee ranges between Euro 140 - 500 per semester and the living expenses come to about Euro 740 per month.
