Dear Divya,
You need more time for preparation. In three months' time you can crack mains but cracking Prelims takes more patience, energy and time. I have seen the situation you are in. I failed in the interview two times. I don't want you to commit the same mistake.I will have the following advice for you:
1. Complete the entire NCERT syllabus from Class 6 to 12
2. Read all three years' issues of CSR, Yojana and Kurukshetra
3. Get hold of India Year Book and Gazeteer of India for 2010 and 2011
4. Read the Society and Panchayati Raaj series of NBT
5. Read The Hindu, Economic Times and frontline

hi srinivas, for canada for MS degree u need to have a GRE score as well apart form IELTS and for Aug 11 intake the deadlines for canada will end in MArch 1st week itself. U can look for UK for Sep 11 intake. For UK, u can go for MS computer science with a minor in visual effects. If u want more assistance on this , feel free to contact me

In every field nowdays manager's are demanding.
There is no any specific field is required. Because nowdays every business/job/office required good manager. If you are from finance background so definately you might be working in finance field, and the position is depend upon your qualification with managerial skills. If you good into that, so you will become a manager.
So field is not required, only required your tallent and ready work on higher any situation.

Hi Aman,
It really depends that what is your definition of a decent colleges. If you are talking about the top tier B-Schools then in that case, it would be difficult but yes, as you belong to one of the special class of people you definitely try for second or third tier B-Schools.
I would like to add here that if you feel confident that you can improve on your CAT score by reappearing in 2011.
