I am afraid that wont be possible as you are from BA you cant opt for Msc. IT because the elegibility for Msc is Bsc. Rather I would suggest you to pursue a PG course in Mass Comm as the media industry is currently the fastest growing industry and there a lot of employment and growth opportunities available.

Its good that you are doing your graduation as it is very important to have graduation in case you want to go ahead in your graduation. However, the eligibility to get into a full time MBA is a graduation with 50% aggregate marks, from a UGC recognized University, if you fulfill this eligibility criterion you can sit for Entrance Examinations after which you have to clear other stages like GD, PI, etc. to finally get admission in a decent Management Institute
