Both the course you mentioned i.e MBA and M.Tech are good course to pursue, both of these course offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
As per your profile I would advise you that you should work for 2-3 years after completing B.tech and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities and institutes.
Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.

Hi Praveen, Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering, I would say that it is one of the most challenging fields of engineering with a wide scope for growth.
The basic eligibility is +2 or equivalent, with PCM and must have a fair percentage of marks in the aggregate. One must also pass the qualifying exam IIT-JEE.
