Hi Sohit, as you have completed diploma in civil engineering, you may go for B.Tech in the same stream before opting for post graduation diploma course. You may opt for lateral entry scheme which enable students to take admission directly in the second year.
Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates with a diploma in engineering can apply for the course. The diploma holders should have scored a minimum aggregate pass mark as per the university rules.
The lateral entry examination has many advantages :
*The students selected for the course can directly get admitted for the second year classes.
*The candidate can save one year through this scheme and need not study the basic subjects that they have studied earlier.
*The candidate will gain familiarity with the subjects and this helps them to understand and study the subject with ease and interest.
