Though i did not understand how you are a graduate without inter but let me focus on your query. If you're looking at animation as a career, Do first Check if you're suited for Animation. Do you have an aptitude for Art? Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Well as per my knowledge, there is no education system across India that gets you masters degree in 1 year. However if you talking about PG Diploma, then there is the possibility. I would suggest you to carefully take a decision as Education involves time and funds so go for the right option.

Both the countries you mentioned i,e. US and UK are among the finest study destination to pursue masters degree in biotech and related fields.There are many good universities in these countries which offers the course your interest.
In order to pursue MS degree from universities in US and UK, you need to take the below mentioned tests:
1.GRE.
2.TOEFL or IELTS.
GRE is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MS degree in science and engineering fields from universities in US.
As the medium of education in US and UK universities is english, so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their english language proficiency.
Please note that the universities in UK does not requires GRE scores.Besides the tests mentioned above you also need to have good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Universities in UK and US have two admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year and average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.
