Rex, You can't actually rate, which one is the best!! Because these rankings of IIM's change in every evaluation conducted by different surveys. Some IIM may have the better Intelligence Infrastructure, Other may have Best Placement packages. The Top 3 (again as I said they change amoung themselves)
1. IIM Ahmdabad
2. IIM Bangalore
