You can apply and get admission for any UG degree for three years. This will cost you Rs.7 to 8 lakhs tuition fees. You can do part time job and earn up to 6 to 7 Lakhs per year by doing 20 hours part time job per week. Your living expenses will be around 3 lakhs and still you can earn another 3 lakhs to meet your tuition fees.
Alternatively if you would have completed successfully few semester before dropping out, then you cans end those papers and try for lateral entry in 2ndyear or three year entry into degree program.

After diploma in electrical engineering you may join lateral B.Tech course and can directly enter into the second year. If you want to work alongside then you may join correspondence course.
List of lateral entry colleges (correspondence) :
-JNTU-SCDE
-Acharya Nagarjuna University
-IGNOU
To take admission you may directly contact the university officials as lateral entry norms differ from one university to another.
