i would recommend you to choose the field which you are most comfortable in.
for example: in hospitality you need to be a patient,caring , polite etc kind of personality to do your work . but in management you are mostly involved in team work kind of thing , supervising subordinates etc. hope this helps!!
so choose the field in which you can be yourself and do your best and you can succeed in life !!!

Every college has its own criteria.
A graduation degree in a relevant discipline (computers/science preferred). It is mandatory that the candidate must have studied Maths in 10+2.
Most of the colleges/universities even conduct an entrance exam.
