Adding to MSK's advice,and addressing the part , 'which country n university wud b best suited fr ma profile so that i cn secure a gud job aftr it'.Please remember that securing a job as much about a college or degree as it is about receiving job offers, posting CV on job portals,actively applying for new job openings, individual effort, individual talent, expertise acquired from the course, demonstrable job related skills and through interview preparation including good communication skills and confidence.
Also, the best country would be the one,which you prefer and as for university there are many good universities.You can pick any country such as US or UK or Canada.The difference is that UK MBA is of one year or 15 months duration.Since you are in CA inter,I suggest that you give your best effort for clearing your CA Final then shortlist a country and write back in case you want more information.
