It's great that you want to study in Australia or Canada. So for that, you need to score good marks and it's okay if not 90%, but if you score between 80 and 90%, you will become eligible for the scholarship. If we talk about Deakin University, Australia they are providing various kinds of scholarships especially 25 percent scholarship to every international student. Please work hard a little bit, so that you easily become eligible.

The cut-off marks for OBC category is 49. So, you have just passed the exam and you are also qualified to take JEE Advanced. With this score, you have really low chances to get admission into any NIT, IIIT or GFTI.
So, it is better if you try for other colleges that accept both JEE Mains scores and board exam marks for admission.
If you want, you can apply for counselling through www.josaa.nic.in for admission into NITs ,IIITs, and GFTIs. You might get NIT-Sikkim, Agartala, etc.
This counselling will be available after JEE Advanced exam gets over.

For doing architecture, you must be a student of science stream that is you are supposed to give class 11th 12th in science you have completed your class 12th commerce, it's not possible to get admission in architecture after doing your graduation, you have one chance of getting admission in architecture while doing MBA in architecture that's totally external and it's risky.
