To pursue BS (they don't offer B.Tech) in Canada, you need to research which University you wish to go to. Check the application requirements, take SAT/ACT and TOEFL. Submit your applications. The cost would come out to be about 80 L to 1.2 Crore for the complete course but you can try for scholarships.

There are numerous opportunities out there. Search on Google and start applying for jobs abroad. Given the current scenario, it would be difficult getting a job in US and UK. But you can try for Singapore, Hong Kong, Other European countries and Canada.

Dear Vishal,
You will have to search for universities which will admit you with this grade. Most require at least 65% in your finals. However, you can apply for a Master's degree where the condition would be that you finish your 1st year with the grades required by the university and they will allow you to continue into the second year and complete your Master's degree, otherwise, you will have to discontinue and they will give you a PG Diploma. So you need to study hard. The other choice is, try for New Zealand.
All the best.
