TS EAMCET cut-off is the closing rank for admission to various UG engineering and agriculture programs in Telangana. This year, the cut-off will be determined by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. A minimum of 25% marks will be required to be scored in TS EAMCET 2018 to qualify it. Total 40 marks will be needed out of 160 to qualify the exam.

Every state has on the webpage of a table or matrix giving eligibility for lateral admission of different branches. I am afraid E&C perhaps may not make you eligible but I would like to advise you to continue in your present branch. Opportunities in aeronautical engineering branch are really less presently in India.
