You definitely can pursue a career in Event Management. Although, earlier there was no qualification required to get into Event Management field as it was an unplanned sector, however, because of the recent growth of festivals and events, event Management as an industry around the world is no longer unplanned. Events and festivals, such as the Asian Games, have a large impact. The industry now includes events of all sizes from the Olympics to a breakfast meeting for ten business people. Many industries, charitable organizations, and interest groups will hold events of small & big sizes in order to market themselves, build business relationships, raise money or celebrate.
The route you can take is to go for BBA at your graduation level and later go for degree (if available) or a Postgraduate Diploma programme in Event Management.
