After XIIth commerce best option is first clear your graduation, preferably B.Com and simultaneously you may do the preparation for CA/ CS/ ICWAI if you are interested in these professional course or you may go for management after your graduation. Even if you are interested for management, you should do the preparation of entrance examination like CAT alongwith your B.Com than only you will stand a chance to clear the same and get admission in IIMs.
