As per the market demand and jobs, you would get more opportunities in civil engineering. Petroleum engineering is a good field and has a good growth but job market comparison to other branches is less specially in India.

Hi Sachin,
Amity University is a multi campus private research University system. They have 10 campus location in India and 8 abroad which includes Abu Dhabi, Dubai and London, as well as China, Mauritius, Romania, Singapore and South Africa. This is a big system with almost 5000 faculties. This University comes under UGC.
This University was ranked 5th in mass communication and under top 30 in overall.

Both B.Sc CS and BCA are similar degrees with minor or difference in syllabus. BCS is Mathematically focused. BCA is Application focused. You must choose any based on college reputation, type of faculty and placement records.

Yes, you can get admission in a government college as they need only 45% plus marks in 12th.
You can get good colleges if you have appeared in the entrance exams such as WBJEE, UPSEE, COMEDK and many more. If you have appeared in these exams and got good rank, then only you can get admission in a good government engineering college.

It is a general term to say "you don't have to pay the tuition fee". e.g in the US, the waiver may be because you have good scores in lets say SAT, GRE, GMAT, etc. when you are enrolling to undergraduate or graduate programmes. Tuition waiver sometimes is also referred to financial aid. An aspirant whose family background is not so strong or whose parents income in not more than 1 lakh, can get the fee waiver.
