Generally, there is no difference in fee structure for students who have got admission based on CAT or without CAT score. Fee may be different for students who have taken admission against Management quota or against NRI quota.

First and foremost you should analyze the value of this course in terms of placements as an apple and the money you have to pay for that apple as fee. IILM is a good college and well known in Lodhi Road and fee is approximately INR. 14 lacs where Asia Pacific has INR. 8 lacs - INR. 9 lacs. If the form demands scores for each year then you'll have to fill it. If it asks for the latest/final score, then you'll have to fill in the latest cumulative of score up till the immediate last semester for which you have received the scores.

It is definitely a good choice to pursue mass communication from DAVV but it would be much better if you can just move out to a metropolitan city for better options.
