First of all understand the difference between the two courses and their pros and cons. The main difference between MBA and MIB is that MBA is a more generalized course of Management wherein you choose your specialization in the second/final year of your course whereas MIB is a specialized programme in which from the very first year your curriculum would be focused on International Business. Now it would depend on your own interests and career aspirations that which course you should opt for. In case you feel that IB is the final career path you want to choose go ahead and do MIB whereas if you are not sure about the specialization you want to choose you can go for MBA.
However, as far as the scope of the programme is concerned both are good but you may not find many Institutes in India providing MIB degree. So take you decision based on these facts.

CBI is an integral part of the system in India and to get into these services, one requires to qualify the Civil Services exam for this purpose.
The minimum eligibility required to write these exam is a graduate degree and the maximum age limit is 30years.

Although, both the options are open for you but, I would say that it would greatly depend on the fact that what kind of a person you are and what kind of resources you have. In case you are highly interested in going for higer studies and you have no financial hitches you can straightaway go for MBA. On the other hand if you want to earn for few years then plan your MBA you can start working.
There is no doubt that the packages offered to a BBA graduate would be lower than an MBA degree holder, but it would also depend on your personality if you have a strong personality, good hold on the knowledge you have earned through your graduation then even with your BBA you can fetch good job (although, not equivalent to MBA). I would also like to mention that definitely experience add ons to your resume but at times once you start earning you dont feel like quite the job and further your higher studies and you go for Distance programme which is actually not worth.
