Frankly speaking none of these are ranked in top 50 engineering college ranking and these are colleges from different areas, so giving them a rank is actually difficult. However, Symbiosis Institute of technology, BIT Jaipur, Thapar University, are few of the well established Universities compare to others.
I would like to add here that to have more in-depth information on all these institutes you should do a thorough research through various sources like their website and if possible try and visit the institutes and after all the research work do a self assessment of these Institutes. If possible try and talk to few of the students or alumnae of these Institutes. Few of the things you should keep in mind while assessing the Institutes are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, facultys educational background, the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

Future Innoversity is an autonomous Institute started by future group (a big name in retail) and giving BBA approved by IGNOU which is apex in Distance Education, so in case you are planning to complete your BBA through Distance Education then Future Innoversity is a good option. In order to pursue MS in these universities, you need to have:
16 years of education with good academic background,preferably 60% in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) Intake.
