Hello arya, 302 is an average score, what about your AWA score, most students are get a problem on their GRE and TOEFL scores which are quite less than the university regulations, even 1 or 2 points are also take into consideration when getting an admission, in your case if you have good TOEFL score at least 100-105 and strong SOP, LOR letters and all supporting documents, you will definitely get a visa which you want to take the course and as you know getting visa or not its purely on the questions and answers you are taking there, I suggest you to approach a consultancy for this for the list of university selections and application p

Hello davinder, welcome to https://shiksha.com; as of I know PGDIR means post graduate diploma in international relations, that is one of the specialization in MBA which normally b-schools have, I am not sure what is PM !, while coming to M.COM in distance that is different than MBA, if you want to go for MBA, forget about M.COM, and select the specialization which you have an interest on that may be PGDIR, I can advice you that think on the course you want to go and get an advice from the college and join.

Both of these fields are good and it depends on you and your area of interest.If you like machines go for Mechanical engineering or else go for IT.
But I recommend you to take IT, as it is more promising career than mechanical and also it will offer you more package.

Hello yash, welcome to https://shiksha.com; If you want to go for MBA with any specialization, you need to qualify with a Bachelor's degree either 3 year or 4 year degree with no matter what it means, people from b.com, b.sc, b.tech, BBA, similar degree students are eligible to do MBA, but if you want to pursue your career threw MBA, I would recommend you to study BBA, the entrance exams and qualify marks are depend on college to college, the first case you need to check is your percentage and family background whether they can and could support your studies or not, studying MBA is not a big dice but study in a good college is importan

Hello fatima, welcome to https://shiksha.com; you are an NRI means you don't have Indian citizenship or you have dual ? normally the fee for engineering is depends on university to university and they even charge more for non-Indian students who are not studied with an Indian schools and certifications either state or central, reply us which country you are from and which college you have in mind and what research you done on this.
