Both the branches are new, but production has less crowd and good scope as this is a new branch as compared to the automobile so you easily get a job. I strongly recommend Production Engineering.

All the colleges you have mentioned above are just average colleges in Bangalore. You can choose anyone of them. It doesn't matter. Hence I would like to advise you to download Information brochure of your intended college / University and then compare.

The difference between both these courses is paper-thin. If you did M.Sc in food Science technology then you will get the work that is research-oriented. On the contrary, if you did M.Sc. In food tech and quality assurance then (as its name suggest) you will get a job which has a supervisor type role. Your work will be checking the quality of food devolved in India.
