When planning to study MBBS abroad, first step is to check if the university is listed with MCI. You can check that here on MCI website:

Also, important is the Country you choose to study at and then the University in that country.
The Jiangxi University is listed with MCI is a good institution. You will be taught Chinese language along with your course and will have to pass exam as well. It is quite challenging to learn this language.

B.Sc courses in any field are mostly theory-oriented. After pursuing B.Sc. in aerospace, you need to pursue M.Sc in aerospace or related field. The job scopes will be in teaching or research field. However, if you are interested in industry-based jobs, then opt for B.Tech in aerospace engineering.

You can go for both and after LLB, you can appear for tests meant for selection of judges. But, it would be better to go for Integrated LLB, where you will be saving one precious year of your life along with fee for one year. Also, you will get a chance to earn a year before.
There are many good universities like LPU, Sharda, Sastra, etc. that are offering 5 years integrated LLB. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. Some even offer scholarships.

Below mentioned are the top institutions in India for MBA:

Why to take re-admission through LEET? Simply go for migration. There are good private universities like Lovely, Thapar, etc. where you can apply for migration and fulfilling the criteria can get admission there. Condition mostly is you need to study for two years in the new university.
Check with LPU, Thapar, etc. for further process.
