Though it's purely your choice to pursue a course as per your own interest, I would suggest you to opt for Aeronautical Engineering. Following are the reasons:
1. It's better to stick to the same field wherein you have already learnt the basics. Bio-Medical Engineering is a specialization in a completely different domain, while, Aeronautical Engineering is related to Mechanical Engineering.
2. Being in a similar field, it will open up diverse job opportunities for you as you can opt for jobs in the Mechanical sector as well as Aeronautical sector.

You have not specified your previous qualification. But, there are many courses in Arts and Humanities, Physical Education, etc. where you just need to be pass in your previous qualification.
There are many reputed universities like Lovely Professional University, Chitkara University, Chandigarh University, Rayat Bahra University, etc. are offering a wide variety of courses to choose from.
Check some of these universities for more details. Some of these also offer good scholarships.

To apply to UK Universities you must take the IELTS, you will find valuable resources on the IELTS.org website. Visit the UCAS website, this is the common application portal to apply to UK universities, the entire application process will be processed via UCAS, they have specific deadlines by which you have to submit your application without fail.

Graduation or another such equivalent course in a relevant discipline should be completed from a recognized university. Graduation needs to have been completed in any of:
Sc. (Forestry)
Sc. (Agriculture)
Sc. (Horticulture)
Tech. (Horticulture)
Tech. (Agricultural Biotechnology).
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation. Thank you.
