It's good. You may now either go for a master's degree to add more value to your CV or you can try and get a job. But with B.Sc from distance, it will be difficult for you to get a job. So, I would suggest you go for M.Sc or MBA for adding more value to your CV/resume.

I think as you have already taken admission in B.Sc. Continue your B.Sc as only 2 years are remaining now and if you take admission in B.Tech right now you need 4 years to complete it. As you will save 2 years in your academic career by not choosing a B.Tech and can go for PG programs like MBA and all.

Yes, you can do MBA whenever you want but for better placement and future perspective, don't take a full drop as you can do the job for 3 years which will also be appreciated at the time of placements for MBA.
