If you are targeting JEE Mains, it shouldn't be much of a problem in managing time since JEE Mains is completely based on NCERT textbooks. If you are thorough with the concepts in your textbooks, you will perform great in JEE. I am saying that out of my experience. We do so many practice papers, read multiple reference books, solve many questions but when we see the paper we realize that the questions are all from the textbooks. Practice every question from every chapter of the NCERT textbooks and understand the concepts perfectly and you are ready to take JEE Mains.
