These three are totally different examination with different career growth. The SSC CGL offers central government jobs where as through PSC you would get into state services. On the other hand, JE examination is for engineers only. Through PSC, you would become a gazetted officer which would not be the case through SSC. Plus, through SSC you would liable to work all over the country as per the postings whereas, in PSC services, you would be posted throughout the state.

You can choose your career on the basis of your graduation course and if you haven't opt any particular professional or academic course for your graduation, then firstly, you have to think and judge your interest.
