With an ICWA , ACCA would be a better choice as both deal with Accounting in the basic structure. If you are looking for something as a change from ICWAI, then you can take up CIMA. Becuse one is cost accounting and the other is Management Accounting.

Lot of reputed companies sponsor their employees, who have been working with them, for a certain number of years, for one year executive programs. The number of years you need to put in to be eligible to get sponsored, would obviously vary from company to company. Apart from this, you should also look at entering the BPO industry. Nearly all the reputed BPO's sponsor your professional programs. If I look at the overall BPO industry, you need to work with a reputed BPO for anywhere between 2-3 years to be eligible for sponsorship.
