With an ICWA , ACCA would be a better choice as both deal with Accounting in the basic structure. If you are looking for something as a change from ICWAI, then you can take up CIMA. Becuse one is cost accounting and the other is Management Accounting.

The number of years you need to put in to be eligible to get sponsored, would obviously vary from company to company. Apart from this, you should also look at entering the BPO industry.
