Mital, on the contrary M.Sc. Microbiology has better scope now and the opportunities are growing. May be you couldn ot search for them. You have ample scope in the food grade product industries in which it is now mandatory to subjct the product for micro analysis. All MNC's dealing in toothpastes, paharmaceuticals have more Microbiologists than production people. You have good scope in research field because new manufacturing routes through micro-organisms is the need of the hour. The day;s of synthetic manufacturing is gradually sliding. You also have scope in the teaching line because India still has shortage of good microbiologists. If you are located in Gujarat or Maharashtra you can contact chemical, pharma or food grade industries for a good opening.

As per your Qualification I would suggest you to opt for MCA as this would be the best career option for you provided you are keen to pursue a career in IT only. Other than MCA, if you are keen to pursue Management as a career then opting for a MBA degree would be a good option as well.
