In order to pursue MS in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year namely,
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) Intake.
Some of the best universities to pursue MS in Canada are:
University of Alberta.
University of British Columbia.
University of Toronto.
University of Waterloo.
An average tuition fee at university in Canada is about CAN$ 20,000 per-year. The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location.

Well Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi is the premier Institute for Pilot Training across India. You can definitely look for other options too within the Indian domain as Aviation sector here is booming. Yet for your help, I would say you may refer either Singapore Aviation Academy or Singapore Flying College as per your choice.
I would also say that both are renowned names in their respective boundaries, so you can visit the official websites for all three and after thorough comparison according to your set criterion and make a wise decision.

As per my knowledge there is no written exam but interview for Village Revenue Officers Posts. Minimum qualification required to apply for this job is Intermediate.

The best option for you is BTech in aerospace from IIST.
Admissions
Admissions to the undergraduate programmes in IIST are made through the IIST Admission Test (ISAT) conducted every year.
Brief Details of ISAT
ISAT is an All India Admission Test, open to all eligible students who have completed the prescribed qualifiying examination under the (10+2) pattern from a recognised board or pre-university. Question Paper framed for ISAT is of objective type and consist of three separate sections on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Admission to B.Tech (2012) : How to Apply for ISAT-2012
ISAT- 2012, for admission to B.Tech programmes commencing in the academic year 2012, is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 21st April, 2012 between 09:00 AM to 12:00 NOON, at various centres across India.
Candidates can apply on-line in the prescribed ISAT Application Form that will be made available shortly at iist.ac.in/isat2012. Necessary guidelines for registration of the application, payment of examination fee, eligibility, reservation, centres for examination etc. are provided in this web portal.
