Well you have not mentioned any exam in particular like IAS or IPS or SSC, yet the examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.

IMO, the best institute for the same is NIIT which carries a good reputation, industry orientation and provides placement assistance too.

In order to pursue MBA in Australia, you need to have:
Good academic record.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6.5-7 bands plus.
Please note, it is always advisable to work for 2-3 years after graduation, before applying for MBA, as all the good universities requires minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for admission in their MBA program.

Well first of all I would suggest you to drop the plan of B.TECH if at all you are strongly inclined towards pursuing a career into Fashion & Footwear Designing. On the contrary, I would also say do not leave your studies in between as in till the time you earn your entry ticket to NIFT or any good college in the fashion industry. There is an entrance test to pursue a career in fashion designing, so put in your 100%, sit for the exam and I am sure if you are highly passionate about your interest, you'll surely carck the examination in one go.
I would strongly recommend not to drop until you have a safe and secure career in your hand in order to refrain yourself from regretting later as BITS Pilani is one of the popular and renowned institute in its domain.
