Look dear, firstly u should know why u did b.c.a .if u have interest in technical field as software of computer then u should do MCA, it is totally your decision. look MBA will be purely management and MCA will be computer application.
After BCA , post graduation course is MCA.

Students who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course.
Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply.
These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
After doing MCA, you will get the job of software developer, software engineer, web designer etc. in IT companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, HCL, WIPRO, Accenture etc.

Dear Gaurav, you will have to appear for two common papers with equal weightage (200 marks each). The first paper under the new syllabus will be more or less like the current general awareness paper. The second paper, being introduced by replacing the optional (subject) paper, will have aptitude, data interpretation and English language comprehension skills.
Main Papers-Paper II: English. 300 marks, Paper III: Essay. 200 marks, Papers IV and V: General Studies. 300 marks for each paper, Papers VI, VII, VIII and IX: Any 2 subjects to be selected from the list of the optional subjects. Each subject will have two papers. 300 marks for each paper, Interview test. 300 marks. The Papers on Indian Languages and English will be of qualifying nature; the marks obtained in these papers will not be counted for ranking.

Following are the tips for success in GATE:
Develop your basic knowledge:
First, make yourself strong in the fundamentals and test yourself on those fundamentals.

Well as you mentioned that U are in your final yearof BCA, so i will sugest you to go for MCA.
For MCA is the best field after BCA.
Eligibilty for All India MCA entrance exam include.
1. An examinee must be of Indian citizen.
2. An examinee must also have passed class XII examination in any stream with mathematics as a main discipline with a minimum of 55 % aggregate marks from a recognized Institute / University.
3. An examinee should also be a bachelor with at least three-year degree.
4. An examinee appearing for the final year examination can also apply for MCA entrance exam.
5.Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.
